Donky is a RV equipped to be a clinic. It has been bought thanks to the precious financing of the “Fondazione CRTrieste ” and the “ROTARY CLUB TRIESTE NORD”.

The report shows our activities in the field of humanitarian medicine, which help the fragile and the migrants in the “Centro di via Udine” in Trieste and in Gradisca d’Isonzo (Gorizia), thanks to Donky – The mobile clinic.
Our volunteer doctors are present every evening in front of the San Valeriano church, in Gradisca d’Isonzo, to provide free medical assistance to those who don’t have access to the National Health Service.
In the report it’s also possible to listen to a few testimonies: like Francesco’s, a nephrologist and a volunteer; Federica’s, who just graduated in Medicine and is an Universal Civil Service volunteer; Atiq’s, a Pakistani engineer from the Indian region Kashmir, who helps our volunteers by being an interpreter and breaking down the language barrier between the volunteers and the migrants; and lastly of our president Stefano Bardari.
