Donk Humanitarian Medicine’s commitment is ongoing. In fact, every day our volunteer doctors and nurses offer free health care in the clinics and they are a reference point for fragile people, for migrants and for those in need.
Our activities are divided into several actions that concern not only health care, but also:
– free online training courses thanks to the new telemedicine portal “Donk Network” for operators, volunteers, health and paramedical personnel involved in the reception of both adults and unaccompanied foreign minors
– the availability of daily telephone calls and regular meetings open to the operators of the regional reception facilities;
– the promotion of activities that encourage the spread of the culture of peace, the concepts of volunteering, solidarity and respect for human rights.
