The motto of our 50 volunteers including doctors and nurses is “do not forget that giving joy also gives joy” and is one of the reasons why every day they continue to help people in need by providing free health care and supporting the administrative and daily activities of the Association.
Volunteering is not a walk in the park: it takes commitment and compassion, but in return you receive affection and satisfaction. Volunteering with DonK HM means making yourself available to others, opening to new cultures, looking at the world from a new point of view. Everyone, students and professors, are at the same level sharing the same goal.
